摘要

目的:探讨2型糖尿病(t y pe 2 diabetes mel litus,T2DM)患者胱抑素C(c ystatin C,CysC)、血尿酸(serum uric acid,SUA)与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(carotid intima-media thickness,CIMT)的关系。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年9月于合肥市第一人民医院内分泌科住院的71例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据CIMT值将其分为A组(CIMT正常组:CIMT<1.0 mm;35例)与B组(CIMT增厚组:CIMT≥1.0 mm;36例),比较两组患者临床资料及CysC,SUA等生化指标水平,分析其对CIMT的影响。结果:B组年龄、病程、收缩压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、CysC、SUA均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM患者的CIMT与CysC,SUA呈正相关(P<0.05),CysC,SUA是影响CIMT的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者的CysC,SUA水平与CIMT密切相关。

Association of cystatin C and serum uric acid with carotid intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Objective: To explore the relationship between cystatin C (CysC) and serum uric acid (SUA) with carotid intima-media thickness (CIMT) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods: Seventy-one patients with T2DM hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the CIMT value, they were divided into group A (normal CIMT group: CIMT <1.0 mm; n=35) and group B (CIMT thickening group: CIMT ≥1.0 mm; n=36). The clinical data, CysC, SUA and other biochemical indexes of the two groups were compared, and the effects on CIMT were analyzed. Results: The age, course of disease, systolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, CysC, SUA in group B were higher than those in group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CIMT was correlated with CysC and SUA in patients with T2DM (P<0.05). CysC and SUA were risk factors for CIMT (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of CysC and SUA in T2DM patients are closely related to CIMT.
