摘要

目的:探讨血清糖类抗原153(carbohydrate antigen 153,CA153)与2型糖尿病患者肾功能的关系。方法:纳入180例符合条件的2型糖尿病患者,使用肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR)评估肾功能状态。结果:2型糖尿病患者血清CA153水平与血肌酐(r=0.213,P=0.004),空腹血糖(r=0.203,P=0.005),糖化血红蛋白(r=0.163,P=0.026)呈正相关,与eGFR(r=−0.238,P=0.002)呈负相关。多元回归分析结果表明,血清CA153水平与eGFR显著相关(beta=0.297,P<0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者中,CA153水平与eGFR呈负相关。因此CA153可能成为评估2型糖尿病患者肾功能状态的生物标志物。

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) and renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 180 eligible patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled. The renal function was assessed by estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). Results: Serum CA153 levels were positively correlated with serum creatinine (r=0.213, P=0.004), fasting blood glucose (r=0.203, P=0.005) and glycosylated hemoglobin (r=0.163, P=0.026), while negatively correlated with eGFR (r=0.238, P=0.002). Multivariate regression analysis showed that serum CA153 levels were significantly correlated with eGFR (beta=0.297, P<0.001). Conclusion: Serum CA153 levels were negatively correlated with eGFR in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Therefore, serum CA153 levels may be a biomarker for evaluating renal function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
