摘要

肺癌发病率位于我国十大恶性肿瘤之首,腺癌是最常见的病理类型,其组织病理分型和分子生物标志物极具多样性,目前已成为研究的焦点。本文回顾了肺腺癌发生过程中相关基因在肿瘤实质细胞、间质细胞中的蛋白表达状况,为进一步探讨这些基因在肺腺癌发生发展过程中的作用提供理论依据,为肺癌的早期诊断提供思路。

Abstract

The incidence of lung cancer ranks first among the top ten malignant tumors in China. Adenocarcinoma is the most common pathological type. Its histopathologic classification and molecular biomarkers are very diverse, which has become the focus of research. This paper reviews the protein expression of related genes in tumor parenchymal cells and interstitial cells during the development of lung adenocarcinoma, providing theoretical basis for further exploring the role of these genes in the development of lung adenocarcinoma, and providing ideas for the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
