摘要

脓毒症是指因机体对感染的反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。其病情发展迅速,患者 预后较差,及时的治疗,尽早控制器官功能损伤能够很大程度上改善患者的预后。α7烟碱型乙酰 胆碱受体(α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor,α7nAchR)是胆碱能抗炎途径中的主要受体,在危重疾 病中发挥重要作用。深入了解α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体的作用机制对于寻找治疗脓毒症患者器官功 能障碍的有效靶点具有重要意义。

Abstract

Sepsis is a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the body’s dysfunctional response to an infection. The disease develops rapidly and the prognosis of the patients is poor. Timely treatment and early control of organ damage can greatly improve the prognosis of the patients. The α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAchR) is the main receptor in the cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway and plays an important role in critical diseases. An in-depth understanding of the mechanism of action of α7nAchR is of great significance in searching effective targets for the treatment of organ dysfunction in patients with sepsis.
