目的：寻求新型冠状病毒肺炎(以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情形势下急诊科应对管理工作和疫情防控方案。方法：根据广东省中山市陈星海医院急诊科工作内容并结合新冠肺炎紧急诊疗内容、防护要求、消毒标准等制订急诊科管理具体工作内容、疫情防控方案，具体包括人力资源管理、防护物资管理、发热患者诊疗管理、其他急诊患者诊疗和防护管理、医护人员防护管理、患者家属防护管理、消毒管理。管控后进行效果评价，其中管控前后采用症状自评量表比较医护人员心理健康情况；采用防疫知识考卷比较患者家属防疫知识知晓度情况，记录高频接触物消毒质量。结果：急诊科基于新冠肺炎疫情形势制定科学管理方案和有效防控策略并严格执行，令人力资源合理分配、医疗物资正常供应且有效利用；管控前后采用症状自评量表比较医护人员心理健康情况，结果指出管控后症状自评量表得分显著高于管控前得分(136.01±43.50 vs 126.25±38.54；P<0.05)；管控后防疫知识考卷得分显著高于管控前得分(85.71±13.44 vs 72.15±8.39；P<0.05)；每次高频接触物消毒合格率均为100.0%。管控后消毒工作落实到位、患者诊疗工作有序开展、院内无交叉感染发生。结论：疫情期间，急诊科加强科学管理和防控，对诊疗工作正常进行、预防交叉感染有重要意义。
Emergency department management and epidemic prevention and control under the current situation of COVID-19

Objective: To study the management of the emergency department, and epidemic prevention and control scheme protocol under the current situation of 2019 novel coronavirus pneumonia (hereinafter referred to as COVID-19). Methods: According to the work content of the emergency department of Chen Xinghai Hospital, combined with the emergency diagnosis and treatment, the protection requirements and disinfection standards in COVID-19, the specific work content of the emergency department management and epidemic prevention and control plan are formulated. Specifically, the plan included human resources management, protective materials management, diagnosis and treatment management of fever patients, diagnosis and treatment and protection management of other emergency patients, protection management of medical staff, protection management of patients’ families and disinfection management. After epidemic control, the effect was evaluated, and the mental health of medical staff before and after the control was compared by the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). The awareness of epidemic prevention of patients’ families was compared by the examination papers of epidemic prevention knowledge, and the disinfection quality of high-frequency contacts was recorded. Results: Based on COVID-19 situation, the emergency department formulated scientific management plans and effective prevention and control strategies and strictly implemented them, so that human resources were rationally allocated, and medical materials were supplied and effectively utilized. Before and after control, the mental health status of medical staff was compared by the SCL-90. The results showed that SCL-90 score after control was significantly higher than that before control (136.01±43.50 vs 126.25±38.54; P<0.05). After control, the score of epidemic prevention knowledge examination paper was significantly higher than that before control (85.71±13.44 vs 72.15±8.39; P<0.05). The qualified rate of disinfection of high-frequency contacts was 100.0%. After epidemic control, disinfection work was put in place, patient diagnosis and treatment work was carried out in an orderly manner, and there was no cross-infection in hospital. Conclusion: During the COVID-19, strengthening scientific management and prevention and control in the emergency department is of great significance to the normal operation of diagnosis and treatment and the prevention of cross-infection.
